I have a 95 eagle talon n/t. I want to start working on the performance. My quetion is what intake to get? What's the difference between cold air and short-ram? Any information you can provide is greatly apprechiated.

Cold-air intake is an extended pipe and places the filter behind the front bumper. Dont even bother with a short ram intake as the stock intake flows just as good.
