Decks For 1st Gen [Radio]

Hey, Yesterday I bought A Sony deck for my car (when I bought the car there wasn't one). But when I tried to put it in it didn't fit. So I brought it back. What I'm wondering is what do you 1st gens have for decks in your cars...and what did you do to get it to fit.

Um, any DIN should work in a DSM. You just need the pocket below as a spacer.

Go to http://www.crutchfield.com, put in your car and year, and it will give you options.

Which deck, and how didn't it fit? The Dual I just got is listed on the sites as "does not fit", but there's still room for a suitcase behind it . They said it was too deep.

And whatever you do, please use a harness adapter to wire it up.
