I just got a logger cable, and mmcd software. When I did a couple of logs yesterday my o2 voltage was between .01v and .05v . Does this mean my o2 sensor is dead? I need to know quick, because I've got to e-check in about a week and I don't think a dead o2 sensor would help me too much. Thank you in advance.

Thanks, I went ahead and got a new one coming in the mail. It should be here tomorrow. I put my stock downpipe and cat on today to help me pass, the gaskets are pretty much shot, so it leaks a little, but I really don't care it's only going to be on there for like 2 days and hell less exhaust coming out of the tailpipe may ven help with e-check. Thanks for the help.

I got the new one installed today, but havent had a chance to log it yet. Tomorrow I go to e-check. Wish me luck (I'll need it). I'll let you know as soon as I get some logs how it worked out.

Hrmph. I guess mine didn't get that memo.

How old is yours? Mine still technically passes the Mitsu tests, but the idle goes all wonky because it only works over 1500rpms or at load. Seems to be caused by a heater failure, and it happens about once a year (OEM Mitsu)... Other local owners have tried using Bosch and the failure happens every 6 months or so.
