Datalogger install

ya i tried searching, i bought a datalogger off ebay and have a set of wires and was wondering where abouts they go. this is what the wires look like......

k well i dont how to add a friggen picture so, ill try and explain it, their is one single black wire with a blue connector at the end to plug in somewhere, and it also has a single red wire with a blue connector on it as well, but where the red wire goes into the blue connector their is also a green wire coming out and the green wire also has a blue connector....... i dont know if that made any sense at all, the pic would have been much easier.....but whatever.

You really should contact the seller for the specifics but in general with passive OBD 1 cables the wire with the single connector goes to pin 1 on the DLC connector and the wire with two connectors goes to ground on pin 12 and the mode select on pin 10.

If the dufus that made that logger cable couldn't bothered to use the black wire for the ground and the red for the signal I don't hold much hope that he wired the circuit correctly.

Keep in mind that if the DB9 connector is a male then it should be for a Palm and if it's female is should be for a PC, again if the seller has a clue how to put these together.
