creaking suspension

anyone know what would cause my suspension to creak when turning the wheel hard after the car has been sitting for the night? Its always the rear passenger side that it comes from and the suspension seems to be riding well. Any suggestions?
I would just take it to tuffy for a "free diagnosis" but then they try to rebuild the whole suspension and charge $6000 dollars haha.

is it only when u start turning in the morning? is it constant or just when u begin to drive? is it maybe a wheel bearing or ball joint?
