Crank Pully not spinning. Crank pulley serperation??

I put a new alternator belt on my GS-T after the belt broke and The belt wont spin. Both Alternator and Crank pulleys spin freely by hand but wont spin when the car is started. Could this be crank pulley seperation? Everything is in order with the car. TIA!

Yes, this is harmonic balancer failure.

The crank pulley shouldnt spin freely by hand. The balancer is junk. Replace it.
