I looked at other forums couldent find the answer.I was wondering if it will hurt to remover the thermastat and leave it out and run like that im having some lil over heating problems and the coolent overflow if overflowing after i shut the car off brand new thermastat,radiater,radiater cap. If u thinks its somthin beside the thermastat let me know.

It won't cause any "problems" per say, other then it will take forever for your car to warm up in comparison to with it.

Have you tested your new thermostat? Boil some water in a pan and drop the thermostat in and it should open up. Removing the thermostat is just a band-aid fix, if it fixes anything at all. Have you burped the air from your system since you have a new radiator, cap, and thermostat?

Ive burped it the best i could every time i would put water in it it would close the thermastat but i kept adding water tell it was full took about 45 min.And i dont know the stock location of the resavoir but mines behind the bumper on the passenger side.
