cooling problems/electric malfunction

I have a 95 gs that is having starting problems and cooling problems. I will drive my car till 10 pm and then try to start it the next morning, and my battery is dead. I also have a squeek which seems to be coming from my alternator. It happens everytime that i start my car and rev it up. I am also having cooling problems. I replaced my fan motor, and everytime i turn my head lights on, my fan shuts off. If i turn my fog lights on, the fan will kick back in. My car is a not helping me and I NEED help or a diagnosis from someone as soon as the read this. I am going to school to be a technician and I have no time to check the problems. I ran OBD on it and it came back bad fan motor-- so i replaced that-- fan works but like i said-- turn the headlights on and fan kicks out. Is this a bad ground? or a bad wiring? please help me with anything I can!

My guess is bad Fan Relay that is stuck closed & that will DEFINITELY pull Battery down overnite - You can swap out identical Relay found in Driver side Relay Box - & if you haven't figured it out yet absorb this: These DSM's don;t give a DAMN whether YOU have time or NOT~!
