Alright, this code has plagued me since I had my motor rebuilt at the end of this last summer and all of this winter so far. I have a pocketlogger and it says I'm throwing code 41: injector circuit error. Now, I've searched here and on talk and found only that some people didn't have their injectors plugged in, or the harness on the top of the injector wasn't all the way in, etc. However, that is not my problem. I've unplugged and re-plugged in all my injectors, and I've checked all the harness connections, where the actual wires go into the harnesses, they all seem to be alright.
Now, if I let my car idle for even just a couple of minutes the car will throw the CEL then it'll disappear and then the car will die. I'm really at a loss, my guess is that one of the injectors isn't doing its job and therefore one of the cylinders (or more possibly) isn't getting enough or any fuel and therefore the motor dies. If anyone has any ideas or has experienced this problem themselves, please let me know.

one cyl not firing shouldn't be enough to kill the engine i don't think.. does it run fine until it dies? or does it feel/rev/sound off balance? check to make sure you have the little metal clips in the connectors.. not necessary but if one is missing i suppose it could come up.. have you check the CAPS in the ECU? when mine started leaking i would get random engine codes sometimes.. check the injector harness for each injector for pulsewidth, and do this while the CEL for it is on.. if you are getting pulsewidth at all 4 connectors while the light is thrown, try your stock injectors and see if they behave any different. otherwise i can't think of much other than a wiring issue that would cause that.. hmm.. also check and make sure your injector drivers' connector (off the top of my head i believe there is some sort of connector there, correct me if i'm wrong, if that was loose it may cause that error as well. now that i think about it a lot of things could cause it.. bad resistor pack could be it too maybe..

feel free to call me or hit me up on AIM if you need too, it should just be a simple process of eliminating all the possibilities

Alright, so the first thing I tried may have worked. I swapped ECU's with my brothers, because his engine is being rebuilt right now. I no longer throw the injector circuit code error, however, after over 100 miles of driving and the ECU being in the car for several days, my fuel trims will NOT move.
I assume this isn't normal, even if I swapped ECU's? I let the car idle for 15-20 minutes as well and messed with the AFC like I did on my original ECU and nothing happened, the o2 trim seems to jump between 100-160% but I've never looked at it before so for all I know that's compeltely wrong.
I'd really appreciate some input, because I may just have simply traded problems by switching the ECU.

did you look at your caps in your ECU? because the reason i mentioned that was that code 41 was one of them i was specifically getting when my caps leaked. anyways, try resetting the ECU and see if hte trims change.. what are they stuck on? i honestly wouldn't worry about the trims as long as the car runs good
