This morning while driving to work my car started to act like it was firing on 3 cylinders. I pulled off to the berm of the road and my car threw a CEL so I plugged in my logger and got error 41.
I checked under the hood to see if maybe one of them had somehow came loose, and noticed fuel leaking from I believe the injector nearest the timing belt. The bolts to the fuel rail were tight. I'm going to replace the insulators, seals, and o rings to see if that's my problem.
My questions is, would I just get that error because of a leaky seal? I know it could be the injector itself leaking but all the fuel was under the rail. I'm going to check the resistance too. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
