Trans is built welded diff, act 2600 with a fresh street disk, and resurfaced act streetlite flywheel no power steering. I'm just wonder if anyone has a answer why my release point would get higher when turning slowly for example into a parking spot with the welded diff. If I'm dead stopped and turning hard it feels like the clutch has to be let out further for it to start to move...normal or not? I need to get rid of this 2600 i know, but i gotta make it work for now.

With a welded diff I'd expect that as would need more engine torque to move the "dragging" rear tires which have to travel more distance than the fronts yet are "locked" into rotating at the same speed as the fronts :dsm:
