My brothers car has a stage 4 pressure plate and clutch on it. The clutch grabs right off the floor, which i don't mind at all and actually prefer it like that.

However, the only concern i have is when the front wheels are off the ground (with the t-case removed) and the car running, when the clutch is pressed, none of the wheels are moving but when the clutch is released and the gear is in neutral, the passanger side wheels starts to move very so slightly.

How much of a concern is that and should i adjust it until none of the wheels are moving when in neutral?

Thank you

Driving a DSM with a clutch like you described will most likely result in a transmission that has no syncronizers left.

Most people don't think much about it, but we rarely depress the clutch pedal completely between shifts. if the clutch does not release 100% that makes the syncros job much harder.

Make sure the clutch dis-engauges properly, if you want to keep your transmission alive.

my first guess is that the clutch still has air trapped in the lines and needs to be bled.
