circle track set up HELP!!!

Ok in hampton roads we have a little 3/4-1/2 mile,flat,circle track.
I just got a 92 tsi fwd. Ive upgraded my shocks to agx(?) adjustables for the front and rear, I put some 225 50 16 on 3000gt rims, installed a front stut bar (waiting on rear), and on the way is a adjustable 1" sway bar.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on tire presure, settings for the shocks. Also if any one know where i can find info on fwd settings. I thought I saw somewhere a "guide" of such, basically laying out if your tight do this, if your loose do this... Does anyone know where to find that info?
Ill be running time trials then one on ones with a ton of other cars. Even a couple awd talons. I know I can beat them with the right setup. Thanks for the help!
