i'm pulling the head tomorrow as i stated before. After that, i'm going to drop the ball on them and make them pay for it or for them to do the work themselves. If all else fails, legal action will be taken.

I'm sorry man, i feel your pain, but i still dont think they should have to pay for it. You are the one that put the plugs in, they just sold them to you.

i work in an office full time and have a fixed garage at home, so i have to work outside in the cold, equals the head isnt completely off yet. will take pics when i'm done. Also, napa delivers to where my dad works. Dad calls them up, asks for a stock plug but one range colder, dad puts plug in, i drive the car and it fails, i pull plug and notice it is a hotter plug. Thats the reason napa is cooperating. The manager knows its his employees fault and has said so to me.

same thing happened to a guy I know he had a fully built motor and he took it to wal-mart to get an oil change and he drove off and next thing was that his motor sezed up and he checked the oil level and there was no oil so he went back to wal-mart and after a couple of months a new motor came (same one) just goes to show don't take your car to walmart unless you want a new motor

So he probably just made an honest mistake. If we want to get really technical, BPR6ES are not the factory plug. Its a dual prong plug (BPR 6EKN, I think
