I did a 6 bolt swap on a Gen 2 car with a Gen 2 head. I have replaced the crank angle sensor with the wire harness and I changed the ignition coils, replaced the spark plugs with NGK plugs, replaced the wires, the coolant temp sensor. My car starts with no problem and it runs for about 5 minutes and then it stalls out. It does start again and then stalls back out again. The CEL's that show up are p1400, p0300, and p0105. I am thinking it may be my fuel pump or injectors because I have replaced a lot of sensors and still am having the same problem. I was told that it may be my speed sensor that could be causing the problem. I have pulled my ECU and I checked the board, I have a black ECU box and I cannot find a picture of a similar box to compare to mine to see if there is a problem with the board. If anyone has had a similar problem and has been able to fix it or if someone else has any ideas as to what may be the problem I would appreciate it. I tried to connect my Ultimate E-Manage and I am still having problems. Thanks.

I changed the fuel pressure regulator and it is still doing the use thing. There were leaks from the injectors and I replaced the o-rings and now there are no leaks. The car is still stalling and now there aren't any cels to check.
