Ok so today I got a CEL. I thought it was because of the boost leak I had but today when I did a BLT I found that I had no leaks under 10 psi. The car is all stock so it runs at 10 psi correct? Anyways so I'm not sure what to do. I read the manual and know it only comes on when there is an "exhaust gas-related problem" so yeah. Any help would be appreciated. Also when the car starts accelerating and I get up to almost full boost the car will cut out and struggle like it's gonna die or something, it almost seems like it's choking. Any help with this problem would be great too. Thanks :)

Did you get a code?( take your car to the nearest autozone and they will scan it, a 95 was OBD2, dont let the guys at autozone tell you otherwise, they tried that on me when i had my 95). Personal guess, o2 sensors, seems like they are always throwing codes and making cars run awkward. Also check plugs and wires providing your BLT checked out good.

Al my hoses and wires checked out good. I made sure everything was plugged in and tightened down. My test was good too. No leaks anywhere. Ok I'll take it to an Autozone... hopefully there's one around my area LOL. Do other places do the checks if I can't access an Autozone?

just check with local parts stores, some advance auto parts in my area do, dont forget about napa. if worse comes to worse, most shops dont charge much( if anything if you just ask them to check the code, and not worry about fixing it)

Ok so I live in this ghetto a** town that doesn't have any OBD testers period. So today I was able to make the trip to the neighboring town and they let me use there auto-link and I went and checked out my code for the CEL. So the code that I got after using it was P0170. It was a fuel problem I believe. It was generic or something. Can someone enlighten on this code a little bit? Thanks. :)

that code is usually a lean condition which could be caused from multiple things such as the injectors are clogged. Your air filter is bad, or you need to clean out the Trottle body. These are all cheap fixes. Maybe the fuel filter...ect.
