I got a question maybe someone else can help with. I'm sure anyone with a 2g auto and an aftermarket TC has/had this issue.
When in OD cruising, after about 60 seconds a CEL comes on for the torque converter lockup. Since these don't lock up like stock ones is there any way to bypass this? It's very irritating and i'm just about to start some tuning after a long time off. I, like many others, use my CEL as a knock light.
If i know the pinout maybe i can jumper the wires or is it more complex than that?
I have a weighted 9", if memory serves me. Like i said, been out of the dsm thing for quite some time.
Thanks
