This thing parked next to me (the Talon shown at right) and my buddy's STi (not pictured). The fart can and the wheels, why?

Cutlass on at least 30's in NE Indy this morning. Sad thing is, the car is really nice, except for the wheels and lift kit.

I think I've seen that thing running around when I've been in Indy, what are people thinking doing that to a classic?

It's called Donking I think..

I think it's freaking stupid..YAY lets raise the center of gravity on our car so when we roll it..The cops will just slap us and give us a ticket for being stupid..

That's what I was thinking (asside form it looking rediculous) that thing can't be very stable at speed.

LS webs and the muffler isn't even that bad? Maybe you posted wrong picture?

Not bad, no. Not great either. It was the right pic, I was tired and lunchboxed when I did the write up. I'm not a big fan of those wheels.

I saw this charger at a local car show. IMO, its too much chrome, and Lambo doors on anything other then a Lambo is stupid. The only redeeming thing was the great artwork of the dragon on the hood, however I couldn't bring myself to build this car in the first place.

Like everything donking started out with a purpose. It was for crossing roads that constantly flooded in the south. It quickly turned into a fad that needs to die faster than it is.

that and 99% of them never do anything to the oem brakes most around here are drum front and drum rears. I always avoid them just if they have to stop fast they will run right into you.

not as high as some but bad it is a 64 impala. It was at back to the 50's car show were there was over 20,000 cars 1964 and older this year

"It's... a bunch of bags of green stuff. Like dried grass clippings..but it smells funny."
"That explains it. It's pink so they can see it, and raised so they can mow tall grass. It's genius."

^^ WTF. I bet its not even hooked up to anything or even pretend functions. For some reason every time I see a car with bolted on crap dangling all over it I just want to rip that stuff off. How satisfying would it be to just bash that scoop thing off with a sledge hammer! AAAHHH now that feels better.
