Best mods you can do to an RS:
Blitz Body Kit
Neon Green paint
Big Ass Wing
Fart Cannon
Carbon Fibre Hood
Sell it to some dumb high school kid for whatever his daddy is willing to pay.

At some point I asked someone who was selling an Eclipse with the above mods if it was an RS or GS and he says "oh no its just a base model I wish I had the RS those things are so much faster"
 
After looking thru all these "tricked out" cars I.........have this strange urgue to buy sheets of plywood, fiberglass, AND fashion THE BIGGEST WING FOR MY CAR THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN! I'm also thinking of fitting and molding in a set of 1986 ford explorer headlights into the frontend. Maybe use the bumper as well. Anyone else feeling strange???

I took a picture of 2 of the 3 cars that I have in my town that I call " The Super-Ricers "

It's a club that a few of friends and I have created FOR them. ;D They know they're part of it too...because that's what we say everytime we see them.

I'll post them as soon as my phone finds signal to upload them to my e-mail account.

;D This first one is a 'Super Fast' Cavalier! Comes complete with a HUGE ass wing, a fart can, a broken front bumper, chicken wire for grating, and on jacks (drivers side, can't see form this angle)

^^^ OWNED! That reminds me of this rich kid with this extremely fast evo that got beat by a sleeper Galant. A buddy of mine got it on film, and put it on Youtube, but since this activity didn't take place at a track I don't want to post the link up here LOL.
