Theirs Carbon build up on my exhaust tip, and in it, is all black. What causes this, I installed NGK PRP plugs, What could be the cause, shes running fine?

you are running to rich...could be a vacuum leak,boost leak...when I blew a turbo hose my tail pipe was blaaaack!!!

All cars run slightly rich from the factory as a safety percaution. Carbon build up on a turbo car is normal. Do a boost-leak test just incase.
