2G car stutters at full boost

my car has a jdm evo engine with the yellow top 510s and a 16g. when it hits 11 psi( thats what it runs stock no boost controler) it sorta breaks up. it has a slight stumble or stutter to it. think its just plugs? any ideas?

It is definetly possible the plugs are the issue. I had the same problem with my car and I just changed out the plugs and gaped them accordingly. My car is running great now.

ok cause im gonna run the ngk bpr7es's. any one else have a better suggestion?

Yea it probably is plugs and/or wires. Since you only run 11PSi, I think you should run BPR6ES plugs, the 7s might be too cold for only 11PSi.

Sumble could also be holes in the IC outlet/inlet, huge vaccum leak, or plugs/wires.

well the boost is going up to 16 untill i get my fp green. then im running 18psi daily and track will be like 21 or 22 on race gas

i was just about to put up a post about the same problem...only my car stutters when im not at full boost....it will sometimes just start to stutter like its going to stall out...and you lose a lot of power, it coule be at about 2500 RPMs in 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th and this will happen...not all the time though...i just installed a big 16g 2 weeks ago...any ideas?
