All is well during closed loop cruise and WOT from 4k-on

HOWEVER if I try a pull from 1.5k I get a crazy hesitation at 3.5k and at about 4k it stops completely and the car pulls hard. The car also goes extremely lean in this situation, whereas throughout the rest of the pull it maintains a steady 11.8-12:1 afr (e85 on gas scale).

Also, if I am cruising at around 3500 and I hit the throttle, I get terrible compressor surge untill it gets passed that RPM range.

I have added fuel, taken away fuel, and subtracted timing in that range, and only pulling timing helps.

Car runs speed density with e85 and 1150's on an e316g and a small front mount. Could my plugs be blown out by fuel at that rpm range? they are relatively new. (<3k miles, 7's gapped to 0.024)

Attached is a log showing the hesitation. Any help would be great.

Edit - Could it be poor TPS adjustment?

Woah nevermind guys, figured it out. My VE table was poorly adjusted and had a MASSIVE drop in VE at that load factor and rpm. Duh. Sorry about that guys disregard this thread.
