Can't WOT

When I WOT boost goes around 10 psi and AFR is at 9-9.2 . So when this happens the car falls flat, no power. Does it fall flat because its being flooded? Anyway here is my log, any help is appreciated.

Yes the car is running too rich for proper combustion. I would test for boost leaks than work on the tune a bit if it is still rich. I would aim for upper 10's low 11's on pump gas.
