Cant keep my gst from running rich

I hooked up an Apexi SAFC II and set it to correct starting at -23% and even wnet all the way up to -50%. It runs better but still wants to pour white smoke and peg out my wideband at 10. I have no boost leaks ive tested over and over. I have stock injectors and im running stock boost. I cant seem to figure it out, any help would be nice

Is your front O2 bad?
White smoke is water, not fuel. You may consider a compression test.

White smoke but smells like gas??? I had the same problem. I had an exhaust leak at my manifold and that messed up my o2 sensor right after the turbo. Try changing that.

I dont think my o2 is bad im not getting a cel for it. I'll run a compression test and check my oil today and see if its filling up with coolant but its a brand new motor and ive hardly even bossted it so i cant see how that metal head gasket is gone already. I dont think i have a manifold leak but i will see thanks for the replys.
