CAn't get shift cable off of tranny!

I can't seem to take it off!! I took it off less than a year ago with no issues. I have skateboard bearings in there and they may of rusted around the ring and now they aren't coming off. Its the lower left cable!

I can't find a bearing puller or similar small enough to grip it since it is at a weird angle and I can't grip it good.

Any idea's?

I PB blasted it for days!!!
