Cannot find carrier bearings?

I have called all the part stores around my area and cannot seem to find carrier bearings for my AWD 93 talon. Should I dump the cash into a solid driveshaft or should I keep looking? Any ideas where I could find some?

ok, I just found that there are 4 dealerships in the world that actually have atleast 1 or 2 in stock. They are called "Center Bearings". They are $90 a piece I may have to go another route....

I just bought 4 today from savannah mitsubishi. They will be here next friday. ONLY 3 left in the u.s. I got them for a 2g not sure about 1gs though.

Here you go man Driveshaft Carrier Bearings as mentioned already, the silicon works great. Ive used in my car for the past 2 years still works flawless.

The silicone will definitely get the job done and is much easier than changing the bearings. A lot cheaper too.

you could try drivetrain.com as well. that's where i got the complete bearing kit or the n/t tranny im rebuilding for 210 shipped. pretty fast shipping as well as good OEM parts. i thought the bearings would be off brand but they are the same brand as the OEM's. (NSK) and (KOYO) i believe they were.

you are talking about the front diff carrier bearings correct? because they are the ones actually called carrier bearings. my bad, if you're not. its still a good place to get a rebuild kit though.
