Can someone tell me which end (top or bottom) of this FPR is the inlet for fuel and which is the outlet? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure the silver is the outlet, blue side inlet.

I chose this because the guy who helped install my turbo had this particualr FPR and he didn't use it in his setup on his car. He said he was tired of seeing it laying around so he just gave it to me. It was brand new, still in the box so I couldn't refuse.
