I Removed all 4 Pistons because I had low compression on cylinder 1 :60psi and 120psi and the rest. So when i took out the pistons they all had like scratches on the side walls kind of like if you scratched pistons against the ground. and also the some of the top rings are really tight against the piston. they don't really move freely also on of them is like kind of stuck on one side like if the ring expanded on one side or the piston ring land got smaller in one side.
I checked the cylinder walls and they look good i cannot see or feel any scratches or missperfections.

You most likely melted the pistons as far as you are describing the problem. Same thing happened to me, and i thought that melting pistons was that the whole piston had to be literally melted. Melting a piston includes scratches on the walls.. if you reuse them, you have the risk to get low compression, or good compression and overtime the rings will wear very fast. scratches on the piston walls, mean most likely, lack of gasoline. I would say, get new pistons, and good rings. Also send the block to a machine shop, it can have some wear, and you wont be able to tell, just by touching the surface.
