Can anybody identify these rims?

It sais "Giovanna" on them but I've looked at Giovanna's wesite and they don't carry these rims. Perhaps they were discontinued? I know that I've seen some similar rims to these but I don't remember their name.

I hate to say it, but, are you sure it's not a knock off. I looked around and couldn't find anything Giovanna that looks like that sorry.

don't feel sorry for me. It's not like I bought these . I just saw them somewhere. But, I did see some similar (almost identical) wheels to these but i can't remember the brand name, RacingHart perhaps I have no idea. I do like the way they look though.
