Cam Gear Tuning = Substantial Power?

Ok, I bought my car with adjustable cam gears, and was going to have them adjusted (they are adjusted to 0 right now) but Turbo Technology said the minimal power increase would not be worth the labor $. Is this true, or would it be a big increase in power?

Unless your aftermarket cams need degreeing, I wouldn't do it.
