My car has suddenly started to blow smoke when its under boost for awhile, such as climbing a long hill. I just rebuild the motor less than 1000miles ago. my intake is a homemade 2.75" S-pipe, i just used 2 bends from my old CAI and welded than together. that clamps to the turbo, it uses a Spectre 2.75"-4" adapter to the MAF, then it uses another 2.75"-4" adapter to go back down to a 2.75" dia. curve about 3" long and to the air filter (just a standard cone filter). could the intake just be too small/restrictive and sucking oil through the seals? if not, i'm almost positive its either a PCV or turbo oil seal problem. any thoughts?

Get a kynar checkvalve in line between the vc and IM asap. I was pushing oil from my cap before i installed mine. Could have bad seal in turbo too. Valve seals unlikely since its so new. You would have to be pumping alot of oil through your turbo from the vc to make it all the way through to the IM.

BUUUUT, high crankcase pressure can lead to oil drain issues on the turbo thus causing blow by on the hotside. That'll make her smoke. Check pcv first then turbo and of course a compression test. I know its a baby but bad things happen to good engines sometimes. Bad rings would do it(i hope like hell its not that).

CC pressure, to sum up, is my best guess. GL bro!
