Found a new company on Ebay that sells mandrel bent pipes in 16gauge and stainless. Their prices are very reasonable. I bought a 180 mandrel, a 90 mandrel and 2 sections of 4'pipe all in 3" 16 gauge steel with shipping for under a $100.00.This should be enough for me to build my exhaust from the turbo back. I just got the 2 mandrel bent pieces and they look awesome. Check out their store.http://stores.ebay.com/Mandrel-Bending-Solutions

Hey, you do know that those worm clamps are'nt going to hold on that turbo right? LOL!

I plan on keeping the boost low for now because I cant afford to have her blow on me again. I do plan on getting the right clamps when I get the extra money. As far as a sound clip I will try to work on that. My computer skills suck so it is hard for me to figure out how to do some things. I'm better with cars. Thanks to all Travis:D :D

speaking of welders take my advice get a decent MIG. i have a $100 arc welder. i welded an exhaust for my car and it was a pain in the @SS it's impossible to get a good bead going and you will spend most of the time banging the flux off.

Looks very nice! I imagine it sounds ungodly beasty as well, the 40-series has quite the tone to it. Very nice fabrication, much time and effort was put into that.

Any chance we will be graced with sound clips? :thumb:

O.K. I am stupid. Can someone tell me how to upload a short sound clip of my exhaust. I have it on my computer so I just need to know how to get it in here. Thanks:confused:

Well first you are going to have to upload the sound clip to the internet. Like a website that will host it. Something like photobucket or whatever you prefer. Then once it is uploaded to the net, you can send us the link.
