Whats up guys, i've recently got back into the DSM game.

Afte purchasing the car im starting to fix her up, wanna make her road worthy before i start modding...

This is my 4th DSM, so im no newbie.

Anyway, i found a broken suspension or steering part. But I cant for life of me, figure what it is. Its near the left front wheel. It looks like a ball/socket joint, only the join is not together anymore (the right side is).

Im going to take a picture on my way back to my apt.

Im trying to get a pic. Its been raining for the past 5 days, no joke.

I separated my shoulder again sunday so it hasnt been easy moving around.

I apologize for the hold up.

Here's a pic guys.

Now that I get a look at it, it looks like the lower sway bar?

Any ideas? It looks like this weekend will finally give me some nice weather. i need to get some things fixed, this being at the top of the list.

Thats what I thought. Ok.

Where's my Haynes Manual, haha.

You guys think it will hurt the vehicle if driven like this? I cant see how it would "hurt", im sure the car wont be handling to its abilities.

I doubt it will hurt anything but maybe it could rub your axle boot and wear a hole through it.

Yeah you can drive it without one, I would take that old one off in the meantime until you get a new one. You just might notice a small decrease in the car's handling having one missing. They're pretty cheap though, so it won't be a big deal to replace.
