Well some piece fell off my crankpulley and I was wondering what damage it can do? Both belts are fine and they pulley still have both beltlines intact and all. I have ordered a new one but need my car til it gets here.Check the pic and see what I mean. The pulley has not separated but some piece in the middle fell off due to rubber deteriation....Since both belts are still there(AC off in pic) and everything works fine-waterpump,servo and all...How bad is it to drive it til the new pulley comes?

hey man. I cant see the pic its all distorted. If a big pieace didnt come off id say ur fine for now till u repalce it but i would replace it asap. And if u do drive it drive it close to home cuz it will eventually seprate on u. I had one seprate on me on my old probe v6 scared the shit out of me. Good thing i was close to home. Just take it easy on it and dont beat on it till u get a new on on there.

I know the pic was bad but there is nothing wrong with the pulley as far as where the belts run.The pullytracks are fine..its just that "ring" in the center on the side thats gone. You can still see where it was sitting ...it was atached where the balck rubber is showing.
