DId the twisting and shaking everyone recommended and it snapped before it pulled out. Tube snapped right inside so there's nothing to grab onto... Anybody know a way to get this out, or am I gonna have to remove the entire oil pan?

Buy a sacrificial awl, sharpen it up a bit and drive it down between the remains of the tube and the block until you get enough deformity that you can get hold of it with a pair of needle-nose pliers. Twist out what's left like opening a can of sardines. Don't lose bits into the sump.
