1G Brake upgrade questions - rotor size?

ok, I'm gonna upgrade my brakes since I have a 91 with single piston calipers and tiny rotors. Im wondering if anyone can tell me the exact dimesions of the 93+ AWD rotors. I need to know what size calipers to order that will mount on 93+ awd rotors. the big thing in need to know is the distance between the mounting holes, center to center and thickness, I cant find it online or in my haynes manual.

97 AWD fronts are 10 3/4" x 7/8"

If it's really true that all 93+ AWDs are the same, then there you go.
