What kind of tubing goes from the BOV to the dump tube? My new car didn't come with a BOV, so I got one off eBay, and it didn't come with the hose.

How hot is the stuff going through there, I was thinking of just using some clear tubing from the hardware store, because they don't carry anything that big in heater hose...

I could also get some from a hydraulic store, it is rated at about 250degrees, would this be enough?

I searched around for a while, but couldn't find anything on it, and everyone locally tells me to dump to atmosphere, but I know better...

go to a parts store and go to the radiator section, get some of the universal hose that has the wire wound inside...you can make it custom length and turns to meet your setups needs.

the air comming out wont be hot, remember thats after your intercooler so it should be somewhere on a stock setup around 60+

^^^ Correct, this is the "cold side" of the intercooler. Just go to you local Home Depot/Lowes and find some rubber tubing that is the correct size. It really isn't that hard, just go out there and get some rubber tubing.

Just make sure the metal wire/coil isn't in a position to get pulled out, ask me how I know. :D

Well it's been years since but maybe my 10 mile old GT3076R compressor wheel can remind me. :D I would just pull the metal coil out completely and trim the hose perfectly so there are no kinks.

Touch the IC piping after going through the gears and tell me if you still think the air inside is only 60 degrees. Especially if the car still only has the stock sidemount. Unless you're talking Celsius. :D

I used clear vinyl, 1.25 inner diameter, from my greddy type-s to the intake pipe. Not sure what bov you got so this method may not work for you. I've since switched to a metal recirculation pipe, but the clear vinyl stood up to the hot engine bay temps.
