Sup duds, this its my question, I recently made boost leak test, but when I put pressure to the system my 1g BOV leaks at 5 psi, its this a leaking BOV?
I know that bov hold the pressure till 16-18 psi., but maybe I am wrong..

Is it leaking around the seal of the BOV, or is it actually coming out of the dump tube? If its coming out of the dump tube, I'm guessing the spring is just getting looser. You might need to stick the BOV in a vice and compress it to put more tension on the spring. Attatch a vaccuum pump with a gauge to the BOV nipple and see what PSI it opens at and keep testing as you compress the BOV till you get the spring tension where you want it.
