As of right now the build is going well. I took every last thing out of the car. the only thing left in it is the dash. Currently working on the wiring harness, fixing broke/ cut wires, and re taping the wires together to run them back the way it would look from factory and to put wire loom on. I took the engine out to have the block checked then put the turbo pistons and rods in. had the crank polished and the head ported polished and new valves, springs etc in and now i'm just waiting on my cams to arrive and I can get ready to set the engine back in until ive bought everything to turbo it. I am also replacing all the a/c components and other little lines and variables since i took everything out why not replace it with new and better stuff

Wanted to post a little update. Still waiting on the cams they should be here next week. I sanded down and painted the engine bay to the best of my abilities. I do wish I could buy the oem insulation for the fire wall because its torn to shreds but at least when the engine is in you wont be able to see it. The wiring harness is ready to go back in and i'm also relocating the battery to the trunk so I ordered the cables for that. I decided since I pulled the entire dash out might as well do an airbag delete and put a quick release steering wheel on. So I got a nrg hub and adapter. I haven't had to much time to work on the car I went on vacation and since ive been back everytime ive got home its been raining so I couldn't put the wiring harness in but as so as I can I will, and the cable that controls the vents in the middle broke so I bought one of ebay and i'm gonna fix that too, but overall it's so close to being ready to crank. (non turbo of course) I'm hoping next week I can get everything in before my cams come and get it cranked if i'm lucky by the beginning of the month. I'll also post some quick progress photos of how the cars looking right now

hey everyone my cams should be here in a couple days, so I can finally put the engine in. I'm going to get it cranked and running right and make sure I fixed all the electrical stuff properly before I try and turbo it. That being said I'd like to try and put the oil feed line in before I put the engine back in and just put a cap on it or something so I don't have to drop the pan again after already rebuilding and dropping the engine in. I just wanted to get it over with while its out. Does that make any sense to do or should I just wait? Also how do I figure out the proper feedline to use?
