I put together a boost leak tester, and found a couple of boost leaks right away. One was at the COP, and another at the BOV. I patched those, and was able to achieve 1psi boost with a bicycle pump. When I put the intake back on, and went for a test drive, I got 20+ psi. Am I done, or do I still need to fix more leaks?
1.)Is the setup supposed to be air tight with the boost leak tester pluged in? Should I be able to pump it up to 20PSI?
-Air still leaks from the BISS screw, and somewhere around the throttle body.
2.)In first gear I get 15PSI, second I get 20PSI, and third I get 20+.
-Could this be caused by a remaining leak, or is my problem probably somewhere else?
Thanx,
