I did do a search for this and some people say seals, others say piston rings, I just don't understand how the car was running great before hand and no smoke at all, and now it is pouring out of the exhaust. It was worse at first start up, and it's not quite as bad now, but it is still there. Keep in mind though I didn't drive it anywhere, and it only idled for a total of 5 minutes tops. So, is it possible I just pushed some old oil out the exhaust, or passed the turbo and it will go away, or is my engine shot?

Well.... the problem was solved already. I had a home made catch can setup, and it wasn't allowing the PCV to vent properly. As soon as I disconnected it and allowed to PCV valve to vent properly, the smoke faded and eventually stopped. But I was pretty worried for a bit. I had the catch can T'd between the valve cover nipple and the PCV valve running down to a vented catch can. And blocked the Intake manifold nipple off. So I'm thinking that the pressure from the valve cover, or just the way it was run in general, including my choice of catch, were what caused the problem. But like I said, as soon as I removed it from the pcv valve, everything was fine.
