(i have a '97 eclipse with a '92 6 bolt swap)
My direction lights will not turn on when I move the wand back and forth. i checked the fuses but they're fine. they will not make a clicking sound or flash on the dashboard. let alone on the outside of the car. I'm new to any electrical stuff so please be specific with location and procedure. please help! thank you.

Secondly, my headlights do not work properly. as with the blinkers, the fuses are fine. i have Halo HID's and received the car with them on. when i turn the headlights on in the car, only the far left bulb turns on, and very dull. when i put on the high beams, a few of the lights turn on but only one of the HID rings. it is by no stretch of the imagination bright either. it could barely pass for regular headlights and still would struggle to do so.

Thank you very much for your help.

(p.s. i can post pictures if necessary.)

ive checked the wiring its not that. to add, sometimes the right side turns on, but only dimmly and when high beams are turned on. and the left side is sometimes on, but only with high beams and is sometimes bringht, and other times dim.

If your HID lights are only turning on sometimes it could be because they aren't getting enough juice. You could try a relay kit. Basically it makes it so the ballast get's power straight from the battery.
Or it might just be the ballast itself is going bad.
If it's only happening with one light, you could switch the ballasts on the bulbs. If it still only happens with the same light then you know it's the wiring not the ballast.

Hids, check the wiring, or get stock bulbs and see if they work then. It'll help narrow the issue down.

Signals, also check wiring, could be the flasher relay. I would love to be able to tell you where it all is but I am 3600km away from my car, my books and my computer. Be patient someone will be on shortly with the wiring diagrams.

anyone with those wiring diagrams please help. i do not know where the relays are. i do feel as though the lights are not getting enough power. what is that relay kit you were talking about? also, can you explain to me the ballast removal process or give me a link on it? i would like all of the necessary material before i have to remove the front bumper to pull the lights out. thanks a ton!

i just bought the relay kit so hopefully that'll take car of the headlight issue. but now what about the blinkers? they do not make a clicking sound or flash when i move the wand. but they do work with the hazard lights.

it seems as though my halo's do not have a ballast on them. therefore i have no way to plug in the relay kit...? anyone please comment?

Hi! From the headlight there will be about 6"-12" of wire, then a box (ballast). Most people try to hide them. If you don't have this box you don't have HID lights, you have regular lights.
