Ok, i just installed my AEM water/meth kith with the 315cc nozzle and went out tuning with a buddy. I have to say, I'm not too impressed with water/meth injection, while we did drop my idc's 10% we did not notice any real gains as far as being able to add timing and such. However, my main concern right now though is that my buddy pointed out that it appeared my boosest was way off, unfortunately it wasn't and we came to figure out that my poor little e316g was spiking like mad, it would spike to 30psi and settle to ~22 before bleeding down to ~19-20 by redline. This spike seems to be more spool dependent than anything, meaning that it did not care what rpm i was at it just spiked like mad as soon as boost rolled in.

My turbo is already ported out alot with the bigger wg flapper. I cannot figure out how to prevent this as it realy hurts my tune, i can tune all day in 3rd gear but if i try making a 1-2-3 run it spikes at different rpms based on load and what rpm i'm at when i get the next gear. At some points i was seeing 38lbs/min at 4700rpms in 2nd and as much as 42lbs/min at the top of 1st. This is way too much for my 190k mile motor to take and i don't realy have the funds for a build or another turbo.

What can i do to prevent this mad spike. mods are in the profile

in reality if your setup is working properly and "up to par" i could easily see how your running into creep issues.

have you checked to see if the actuator diaphram is leaking, causing the flapper to not fully open in time to control creep?

i know it sounds like im working ass backwards but is the seat where the flapper sits free of cracks and has a good seal?

how is your boost source running to your boost controller, maby try a larger diameter but shorter hose? clean out your boost controller..

on a side note, did you run that 13.8 with your current hp level?

believe it or not i checked all of those things, the flapper still looks new, wg is still good, and i shortened the vacuum line going from the j-pipe to the wg and boost controller. The only thing that seamed to help was taking the ball and spring out of the boost controller, now the boos is only spiking to ~26psi and settling around 22 before it drops to 19 by redline.

Run a direct line from your boost source to the WGA bypassing the MBC completely and see what that does. Make sure the vacuum line is in good shape (no splits, holes, etc.). Also make sure that the actuator arm is not binding up on anything.
