Just like the title says. I'm not new to the dsm world, but to tuning I am.

I have a tdo6h 20g that I logged 64.3 lbs/min with. In the sample log they give you with dsmlink they have a 531 whp dyno log. That log's airflow peaks at 57.2lbs/min.

I've seen people stating that the 20g will flow a max of 48lbs/min. I believe I've proven this statement wrong. My purpose for this thread is to simply state what I've found. I have never seen anyone logging this much airflow with the 6h 20g.

You have an air metering issue somewhere, wether it be from improperly adjusted airflow compensation or a leak. The 20g is not capable of supporting anywhere near that airflow level. Are you using a MAF-T?

There is no way the 20g can flow that much air. As stated above you must have a calibration issue or a possible leak.

Yes, I am using a maf-t with a gm 3" mas sensor located in the upper intercooler plumping. I might of had a boost leak, I am not sure though.

I can say the car felt riciculous. It pulled so hard, it felt faster way than my 04 honda cbr 600rr.

Well there is your problem, you are comparing it to a cbr.ROFL

Maybe I'll have to come by and see if you need any help :thumb:

Do you work at edgar's machine? Regardless, your more than welcome to come hang out.

ROFL yeah the comparison was a little far fetched, now that i look at it again. Who knows, maybe my numbers are accurate, I guess I'll never know.

Yeah. I've learned. Someone suggested to me that the maf-t is a little bit more work to get set up, but it's well worth it when you get everything dialed in. I'm still at the little bit more work to get set up part, I havn't seen the pay off yet :D
