Battle of the cheap seats

I've heard good things about the R1 seats and am thinking about purchasing them. There is one other cheap seat that I found and like but I can't get a really good picture of it, anyone know anything about these?

I would go with black with the red trim either way. I like the look of the real sparco torino's but they are more than I want to pay.

Why cant I find a cheap seat that does not recline? Is it stupid to buy cheap seats cause there junk? Same goes with the harnesse, Are the cheap ones good or should i spend 200 on 2 Sparco's??

Right now i have Tenzo R seats with sliders and brackets already mounted in my car. Would these seats fit on the same brackets as the Tenzo's?
