I was wondering if my o2 sensor could be bad i just put new plugs in and the plugs i took out had less than 1000 miles on them and they were yellow. My car lags before it starts to boost then goes right to 14psi real quick I have no boost leaks i just did a test on it yesterday holds 14 psi for about 2 min. I have never replaced the o2 sensor is there anyway i could tell that its bad?

Well now i am beging to think my turbo to manifold gasket went. When i start to boost i here a loud like buzzing sound so im going to swap the gasket out tomorow and see what happens.

I am experiencing similar issues with my car.

2g with EVOIII, XS FMIC, AVCR, 3" cat back, stock fuel system, 14psi

After EVO install im getting around 18mpg. Pulled the plugs and they were real black. I'm new to logging but the highest reading I got from the 02 was.07 which is real low.

I am also having spool up problems, car hits 14psi at around 3200rpm but doesn't really start pulling until 5000rpm still at 14psi. Maybe due to stock dp and cat?

Pretty sure I have a boost leak somewhere but does it still sound like my 02 is shot?

Your plugs are most likely black because of soot left behind from running very rich, because your sensor is indeed dead.

P.S. -Fix your boost leak!

Also check that the vacuum line hasn't come off of the FPR causing increased FP=running rich. If 02 sensor checks out and you have no boost leaks you can check FP by getting a B&M fuel pressure guage which goes on top of your fuel filter. I've seen a stock FPR go bad although I don't think it is common.

Narrowband O2 sensor voltage should not go below 0.07, let alone be the highest value he's seeing. The O2 sensor is fried.

I just has this problem, my o2 sensor was dead and my car wouldnt start, when I would put in new spark plugs it would bog under 3k and felt like crap. I changed my dead o2 sensor and retuned the car and it runs like a charm.

I couldnt believe that all my problems was because of a dying o2 sensor.
