Like it says.. trying to find a backspacing that will allow for a 26x10 slick on a 15" wheel that will clear the strut in a 1G FWD

10" wide is preferable, can use an 8" if required.

15x8 - 4.5" BS, or can I tuck the tire in the fender some more with 5.5" BS and not rub the strut?

15x10" - I've seen kiggly post he used a 5" BS:

But I don't believe he had stock style suspension. Anyone else have some input?

Did you ever figure this out? From what I've read, it seems that a 5.5" backspacing is required for a 15x10 wheel.

I'd also like to know if a 5" backspacing would work, as it is cheaper and more readily available...anyone? Bueller?

EDIT: screw it, I pulled the trigger on some 15x10's with a 5" backspacing. I'll let you know if they work for a 2g on 26x10 slicks.
