So, I finally decided to show off my gauges. Tell me what you guys think. I get compliments all the time. What you see is Oil Pressure, A/f, Boost/Vac, Egt. My only complaint is that since I bought the EGT gauge used, I am unsure if its working properly. I know the readings are correct but the bulb is not as bright as the one in the Boost gauge. So I swapped the bulb from the boost over to the egt and its still not bright. Does anyone know if the bulb that goes into the EGT gauge different then the one going into the boost/oil pressure gauge? The bulbs don't even screw into the back of the EGT gauge either.

i hate a-pillar gauges, so this is a nice change

Oh and yes I did notice that the gauge to the right (EGT) was not pushed in all the way and has since been fixed.

Looks good, what alpine is that? I have the 9851.

You know what I really dont remember. I will have to check. I bought it spur of the moment because my other deck (Sony) was shitty and this one color matched interior lighting well.

My future plans for the interior include swapping to a full black interior, black leather seats, selling racing seats and ummm yeah thats all. :D

NICE! :thumb: I was thinking about getting those gauges myself. Where did you get them? $$? Not sure I want to give up those a/c vents though...

I ordered 2 of them brand new through a fellow tuner on here. (Thanks Paul) The EGT was used from a good friend of mine. Then the other oil pressure I ordered through slowboy.

As far as the AC Vents, it all depends on how much you use it. I never have my AC on. Even in the summers I usually suck it up and roll the windows down. Im never too cold or too hot so the fan hardly ever comes on. So it was an easy sacrifice for myself.

HA im the same way, the ac kills my car when its on...plus my vents are blocked almost all the way with gauges too:thumb:

Anyone know where I can pick up one of those gauge mounts? I have seen a few cheap looking ones on ebay that I didint really want to put the money into.

Also does anyone make oem matched interior colour paints for 2g dsm?

Are you talking about the gauge mount that removes the A/C vents? If so, I bought mine from extremepsi. ( http://www.extremepsi.com ) If you were talking about the mount that puts them behind the steering wheel then check out your local autometer dealer.

The paint, eh I dont know about that one.
