Attn: 16g owners!!

I just aquired my DSM about a week ago. ('99 GS-T). So I am very new to the scene. I've owned Honda's for the past 3 years (Civic EX & Integra GSR). I have a friend who wants to sell me a Greddy 16g for $500. It comes w/ everything to bolt right up. He even told me he'd help me install it. My question is, does anyone w/ a 16g have any problems? If so, what? My car is a daily driver w/ 51K on it. I know I do need to do some other upgrades before I go w/ a bigger turbo. But is this really worth it & will I be satisified? (Considering I LOVE the factory turbo!)
