Just pulled them off a friends car and he has no idea. They have 850 etched on the side so I'm assuming that they're FICs but I'm not 100% sure.

PTE doesn't make 850s, they make 880s, and usually have a large PTE sticker on them. The color combo and the fact that FIC makes 850s would lead me to believe they are FICs.
